You will be the frontline expert resolving complex financial discrepancies, collaborating with international carriers, and driving the digital transformation of transportation logistics within a high-impact, fast-paced environment. **What Makes This Role Excellent:** In this role, you will serve as an essential guardian of financial accuracy within the Transporeon Freight Audit ecosystem, directly influencing the efficiency of global supply chains. You will have the unique opportunity to master cutting-edge logistics technologies, acting as a vital bridge between shippers and carriers to ensure operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Master the FRED platform to audit and approve freight invoices, ensuring uninterrupted global trade. * Solve complex puzzles by identifying tariff discrepancies and leading problem resolution with carriers and customers. * Leverage Jira to collaborate with internal technical teams and optimize system configurations. * Deliver high-velocity results, meeting 48-hour targets for process approvals and conflict resolution. * Perform specialized financial tasks, including duplicate checks, account cleansing, and creation of customized reports. **Essential Skills and Experience** * **Proficiency in English.** * Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Finance, Auditing, or International Relations. * Prior experience in logistics or financial auditing. * Naturally analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail and commitment to data integrity. * Advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new technical platforms such as Jira. * Fluent Portuguese with professional communication style. * Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, focused on agility and compliance. **About Us:** Trimble is an industrial technology company transforming the way the world works by delivering solutions that enable our customers to thrive.
