The intern will participate in the Casa AferroDecor project (a residential project featuring **high-end industrial-style decoration**, intended to serve as the showroom for the Casa AferroDecor store, which will commence operations upon completion of the house construction). **About the Internship Program:** * Schedule: Morning\-afternoon * Daily workload: 6 hours (from 13:00 to 19:30\) – break from 17:00 to 17:30\. * Office address: R. Padre Geraldo Brochado, 45 – Bairro das Indústrias II, Belo Horizonte * Internship duration: Estimated up to 2 years * Objective: To develop a professional capable of leading Decoration and Furniture Design Projects at AferroDecor **Internship Responsibilities:** As an Architecture intern, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and diverse projects, helping turn dreams into reality. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Electronic mock-up drafting:** Using the most advanced tools and software, you will create electronic mock-ups enabling clients to visualize their projects in detail and realistically. * **Furniture drafting:** Support in launching an industrial furniture store. * **Assistance in renovation and residential apartment adaptation projects:** You will assist in supervising construction works, ensuring projects are executed as planned and within established deadlines. * **Construction supplier management:** You will help establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, coordinating material procurement while ensuring product and service quality. * **Industrial furniture design projects:** Support in design and guidance for manufacturing residential furniture. * And other related activities... **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Architecture program or related field, starting from the 5th semester * Proficiency in drawing and 3D modeling software * Solid understanding of interior design and residential architecture principles * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to efficiently manage deadlines and priorities **Training Courses to be Completed:** During the internship program (up to 2 years), the intern must complete the following courses provided by AferroDecor: * ArchiCad (for architectural design) * SketchUp (for decoration design) * HelloMob (for furniture design) * Corte Cloud (for furniture manufacturing planning) * Layout and executive design * Space measurement and field survey * Project customization: Industrial-style furniture * Enscape (rendering) * Mobile-based furniture design * Budgeting for custom-built furniture * Leadership All courses will be delivered online by AferroDecor. **Internship Stipend and Transportation Allowance:** * Internship stipend: **R$1\.800,00** * Transportation allowance: **R$200,00** **Benefits:** * Breakfast served at the office from 07:20 to 08:00 * Tokio Marine life insurance * Collective holidays during the last two weeks of December **Application Instructions:** Send an e\-mail to **iesab@iesab.com.br**, including the following: * Subject line: “Architecture Intern”; * Attach your resume to the e\-mail; Selected candidates will be invited for an in-person interview.
