Collaborative and welcoming work environment **Job Description:** The Panobianco SJC Centro Gym is seeking three motivated, communicative, and committed interns to join our Weight Training team. We are looking for someone passionate about people, eager to learn and develop practical skills in student support, workout prescription, and technical support in the gym. **Responsibilities:** * Assist instructors in student support; * Guide proper exercise execution; * Monitor and organize the flow in the weight training area; * Provide support to beginner students; * Assist in maintaining organization and operation of the department; * Contribute to a welcoming and safe environment. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Physical Education, between the 2nd and 7th semesters; * Availability to fulfill the required internship hours; * Strong communication skills and proactivity; * Interest in working with people and in a weight training routine. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in weight training or customer service; * Interest in learning and growing within the field. **Benefits:** * Internship stipend aligned with market standards; * Mentorship and professional development with the weight training technical team; * Collaborative and welcoming work environment; **Location:** Panobianco SJC Centro Gym **Department:** Weight Training **Schedule:** We have three positions available: 11 AM–4 PM / 5 PM–10 PM / 6 PM–11 PM **Weekends:** Schedule determined by rotation **Start Date:** Immediate **How to Apply:** Send your updated resume to gerentepanobianco.sjccentro@gmail.com with the subject line: **“Internship \+ Preferred Shift”**.
