* **Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday, schedule dependent on activation.

Block 2, Lot 3, Adail Belmonte Building, Brasília/DF.
**Employment Type:** CLT, fully on-site.

Experience: 4 years in IT.
**Core Responsibilities (Duties/Tasks):**
* Directly responsible for receiving requests via support channels and providing first-level IT user support at CNMP. When necessary, these professionals may handle service requests and resolve incidents and problems regardless of complexity, provided such activities are supported by procedures/scripts in the knowledge base.
* Directly responsible for serving as second-level IT user support at CNMP, capable of performing more complex tasks. Must be able to support all items in the Service Catalog, providing on-site support to both regular and priority CNMP users, demonstrating technical proficiency and oral/written communication skills in Portuguese.
**Required Specific Knowledge, Certificates, and Certifications:**
ITIL certification.

* Basic understanding of how public administration operates;
* Basic knowledge of English;
* Proficiency in both receptive and proactive customer service techniques;
* Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, both in writing and speech;
* Ability to remain calm, tolerant, and professional when facing situations outside standard procedures and routines;
* Adaptability to established rules and regulations.
