Carry out various repairs according to the condominium's daily needs, such as leak repairs, faucet replacements, and wall repairs. Assist the team's electrician in support activities when necessary. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on common building facilities. Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and tools used.
