Job Responsibilities
* Collaborate integrally in national and international procurement, foreign trade, and international logistics processes, including import and export operations
* Conduct negotiations, quotations, and proposal evaluations with domestic and foreign suppliers, ensuring competitiveness, quality, and on-time delivery
* Procure productive and non-productive materials (MRO, services, CAPEX, etc.), both domestic and imported, according to company requirements
* Issue, monitor, and maintain purchase orders and requisitions in SAP and Ariba systems, tracking approvals, deliveries, discrepancies, and follow\-ups with suppliers
* Manage purchase order portfolios, invoicing, deliveries, and priorities related to import and export operations
* Monitor import processes, including documentation, shipments, transit time, customs clearance, and coordination with trade companies, customs brokers, and freight forwarders
* Verify NCM codes, legal requirements, administrative treatments, licenses, and other regulatory requirements applicable to foreign trade operations
* Perform landed cost calculations, considering taxes, freight, logistics charges, and other costs involved in international operations
* Execute supplier and product registration and qualification in accordance with internal company procedures
* Administer contracts, returns, requests for advance payments, and documentation related to procurement and foreign trade processes
* Provide support to internal departments such as Tax, Finance, Accounting, Production, and Planning, ensuring operational alignment
* Serve as support/focal point for projects and initiatives related to OEA, DUIMP, and other strategic area processes
Job Requirements
**Minimum Education**
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, or Economics
**Additional Qualifications**
* Knowledge of national and international procurement
* Import and export processes (documentation, customs clearance, customs legislation)
* Knowledge of Fiscal Classification and Customs Legislation/Regulations
* Knowledge of import taxation and basic landed cost calculation
* SAP (MM) and SAP Ariba
* Intermediate/advanced Excel
* Advanced English
* Knowledge of OEA and DUIMP is a plus
**Experience**
Experience in metallurgical/chemical companies or equivalent
