JOB OPENING – INDUCTION HARDENING OPERATOR / SETUP TECHNICIAN
On-site \| Metallurgical Industry \| Induction Thermal Treatment
We are hiring a professional with REAL experience in induction hardening to work directly in production processes and equipment setup.
This position is NOT for a general production operator.
We seek someone who has already worked hands-on with induction thermal treatment in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities of this professional:
* Operate induction hardening equipment
* Perform setup and parameter adjustment
* Adjust power, frequency, time, and cooling according to the process
* Prepare coils and fixtures
* Interpret technical specifications and hardness requirements
* Monitor process quality
* Identify thermal deviations and correct parameters
* Support process standardization and stability
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Resumes without induction experience will be discarded.
* Proven experience in induction hardening
* Practical experience adjusting process parameters
* Knowledge of hardness, case depth, and thermal behavior
* Experience in metallurgical/industrial environments
* Technical, attentive, and disciplined profile
* Ability to identify process failures

* Experience with automotive/agro-industrial components
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Experience in hardness measurement
* Experience in process improvement
* Basic knowledge of maintenance for induction equipment
