




Job Summary: Professional to assist in administrative procedures, manage office documents and supplies, and ensure compliance with company regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations Main Responsibilities: * Send and receive mailbags containing administrative documents, sorting and registering all documents for dispatch via mailbag to HR and Head Office; * Request cards (timekeeping, transportation vouchers, benefits, etc.) through completed forms, then forwarding\-them to HR via mailbag for necessary updates, top-ups, and related actions; * Control office supplies by assessing requirements/shortages of each item, completing the appropriate form, and sending it via e\-mail to the warehouse department; * Ensure proper delivery and return of uniforms and PPE, verifying needs so employees do not retain items that fail to meet company standards; * Assist in monitoring administrative procedures, such as role changes, probationary contracts, terminations, schedule adjustments, and others, ensuring all related tasks are completed within stipulated deadlines and in accordance with applicable legislation and company guidelines.
