Job Summary: Provide nursing care, coordinate emergency and urgent care, and guide teams regarding complex patients. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate emergency and urgent care promptly and accurately. 2. Guide nursing technicians and assistants in complex cases. 3. Promote continuous team training and development. Provide nursing care to patients across various nursing units, coordinating emergency and urgent care as well as guiding nursing technicians and assistants regarding complex patients; **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide nursing care to patients across the Institution’s various nursing units; * Coordinate emergency and urgent care with speed, accuracy, and agility; * Guide nursing technicians and assistants regarding patients; * Record the number of patients attended during each shift in the designated logbook for daily and monthly patient census reporting in the Unit. * Maintain control over required materials and medications to ensure smooth unit operations, verifying necessary supplies for any procedure. * Keep all equipment in perfect working condition, forwarding defective items to maintenance services. * Train newly hired staff by conveying norms, routines, procedures, facility layouts, etc., integrating\-them into the nursing care team. * Perform other duties as needed or as directed by superiors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing * Active COREN registration **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, federally, state-, and municipally recognized as being of public utility, respectively under Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\.
