Main responsibilities/activities for this position: Take care of all household-related tasks: cooking, laundry, organizing, cleaning, and ironing clothes. Walk the dog twice daily. The apartment is large, so a cleaning assistant comes once per week to help with heavier tasks. There are 2 adults and 3 children. None of the children have special needs (ages 12, 5, and 1). Location: Ponta Verde neighborhood. Overnight stay at work is not required, but a room is available if desired. No nighttime wake-up duties are required. Babysitting duties are not required; however, you will be asked to supervise the baby while the nanny has lunch. 350 m² apartment with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms + powder room + service bedroom and bathroom. I need someone experienced in household management, who is efficient and enjoys children and animals (direct care is not required, but since children and pets live in the home, it is important that you feel comfortable with both). I am seeking a candidate who intends to stay in this role long-term (e.g., no plans to leave within one year). In the kitchen, professional chef experience is not required, but you must cook well. We follow a diet, so meals are generally healthier and basic; on weekends, I occasionally request something different.
