**Infosys Brazil** is looking for professionals with the profile of **GROUP PROJECT MANAGER** to join our team **Main activities and responsibilities:** Relationship Management, Market development, Customer Prospection, opportunities identification and qualification, proposal development, Contract \& MSA, Account Operation. \- IT Project Management: * Monitor the health of the portfolio in terms of financial aspects and efficiency of qualitative results; * Monitor and track project progress with project leaders, observing budget execution, scope, schedule, team capacity, project risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary; * Ensure delivery in accordance with project planning; * Organize and facilitate remote project monitoring meetings with multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment. * Establish an efficient project communication mechanism with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, stakeholders and teams; * Resolve conflicts and manage crisis situations proactively and assertively; * Experience working with the client's team and other suppliers. **Required Qualifications:** Provide Client introductions, customer context to internal teams, Navigate account to identify varied kinds of deals, lead pursuit teams, understand client drivers and competitor moves, interface with client on expectations, develop account plan, drive MSA / SOW, resolve delivery escalations and complaints, growing the account as account plan,Group Project Manager, responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of projects effectively and efficiently. * Mentality focused on results, performance and value delivery. * Experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies such as PMBOK, SCRUM, COBIT, PMP, LPM (Lean). * Skills in conflict resolution and crisis management; **Additional information:** **Type of work**: CLT, Flexible hours. **Benefits package**: Transport vouchers, meal vouchers, childcare assistance, life insurance, funeral assistance, medical and dental insurance. **Career**: Global work on national and international clients and/or projects, possibility of international career movement.
