* **Education:** Completion or partial completion of elementary school is mandatory; completion of high school is preferred.

**️** **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Responsible for performing medium-complexity tasks such as: planting, replanting, irrigation, manual pit digging, tube removal, seedling selection, weed and eucalyptus sprout removal, manual fertilization, forest fire control, organization and cleaning of living areas, etc., in accordance with EHSS and quality procedures.
**️** **YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES**
1\. Perform planting, replanting, irrigation, and distribution of eucalyptus and native seedlings;
2\. Construct pits using hoes or shovels;
3\. Perform tube removal for eucalyptus and native seedlings, as well as reception and loss control of seedlings;
4\. Care for seedlings in waiting nurseries (irrigation, selection, organization, etc.);
5\. Load and unload inputs (seedlings, fertilizer, pesticides, etc.);
6\. Control ants and forest pests using pesticides (ant killer, termite killer, insecticide, and fungicide);
7\. Organize and clean living areas and waiting nursery spaces for seedlings;
8\. Manually remove weeds and residual eucalyptus sprouts or apply herbicides;
9\. Perform manual fertilization of planted seedlings;
10\. Conduct forest fire control and fence construction;
11\. Operate chainsaws
