Seeking early-career professionals eager to develop practical skills focused on organization, financial control, and administrative routines. **Main Responsibilities** * Enter and update Excel spreadsheets; * Input information from e\-mails into internal tracking systems; * Respond to customers and suppliers via WhatsApp and e\-mail; * Assist in preparing the cash flow statement; * Organize and submit monthly documentation to the accounting office; * Support the company’s administrative and financial routines. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel (course in this area preferred); * Basic knowledge of PowerPoint (preferred); * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and possessing good interpersonal skills. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 1:45 PM (with a 30-minute break). * Saturdays: occasionally for training sessions. **Salary and Benefits** * Internship stipend; * Career development plan; * Uniform.
