**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Plan and deliver teaching activities aligned with the Course Pedagogical Project and incorporating advances in educational technology;
* Systematically assess both personal teaching performance and student development;
* Maintain records of all teaching activities and provide documentation upon request;
* Continuous improvement in competency-based teaching;
* Supervision of undergraduate capstone projects;
* Active participation in faculty councils;
* Participation in course activity planning;
* Proposal of extension courses and, where applicable, postgraduate programs;
* Opportunity for academic research;
* Commitment to students’ learning;
* Completion of non-teaching duties within the contracted weekly workload, as directed by the course coordination.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Faculty Position for the Polytechnic School**
**What You Must Have:**
* Completed Master’s degree in Design;
* Minimum two years of experience in teaching and pedagogical planning using Challenge-Based Learning (CBL);
* Portfolio featuring diverse projects built on Apple technologies;
* Proficiency in Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Apple’s interaction design standards across platforms such as iOS, macOS, watchOS, and iPadOS;
* Proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity interface prototyping (autolayout, animation, interactive prototypes, style guides), usability testing and evaluation, and detailed documentation (for design and development teams);
* Basic programming knowledge in SwiftUI and UIKit (frontend).
**Desirable Attributes:**
* Knowledge of digital product development practices, including Product Design and business-oriented app design;
* Skills in Graphic Design and Information Design for multiple media (Keynote presentations, supporting materials, websites, etc.);
* Experience developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for apps;
* Participation in training programs focused on Challenge-Based Learning (CBL).
