With multiple active CNPJs, the group maintains high standards of governance and technical management, valuing professionals who seek growth, specialization, and large-scale challenges. **✨ Employment model:** Direct hiring by the client. **✨ Location:** On-site at Mucuripe, facing Beira Mar – Fortaleza/CE **✨ Work schedule:** 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday ✨ **Responsibilities:** * Register employees, contributors, and freelancers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. * Process payroll items, calculate and submit biweekly and/or monthly payroll, including advance payments and the 13th salary. * Calculate, submit, and monitor vacation entitlements; prepare and submit prior notice and termination procedures. * Generate ancillary obligations, issue monthly payment slips, and recalculate payment slips when necessary. * Assist during labor inspections and provide support to resolve pending labor matters. * Archive documents and maintain organized records to support company management. **✨ Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or Human Resources. * Solid experience in HR department routines. **✨ Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Wellhub * Bem + Saúde Card (access to healthcare services at reduced rates) * Childcare/School Assistance Type of position: Permanent CLT Selection question(s): * What is your expected salary?
