Learn more at www.covre.com.br Covre is committed to providing a dignified salary to all its employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** **You will:** * Maintain direct contact with customers requesting pickup/delivery. * Handle scheduling according to customer transportation requests. * Schedule empty container pickups for stuffing at the customer’s site, in accordance with the customer’s required standards, arranging container inspection if necessary. * Send container data to the customs broker and customer. * Check vessel schedules and deadlines (Deadlines and Gates) via port operator websites to inform the customer of the container’s actual delivery location. * Inform the customer about vehicle location, delays, and container delivery location. * Submit deposit or support terminal authorization requests for cases where the Gate is closed. * Direct the scheduling department via the system regarding cargo delivery destinations. * Inform the customer about the full container deposit, thereby concluding the operation. * Report to the commercial department any and all charges to be billed to the customer as extras. * Assist in resolving all non-conformities, such as damages, delays, missed shipments, and data errors, implementing necessary corrections. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential qualifications:** * Completed High School education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Preferred qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Port Management, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills. **Additional Information** **We offer:** * Meal Voucher; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Gympass/WellHub; * Food Card; * Transportation Voucher; * Life Insurance; * Christmas Basket; * Day Off; * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR). #### **For over 50 years, we have carried out major logistics operations across the entire national territory, with specialized, qualified, and certified operations serving key sectors of the Brazilian economy, including chemical, food, and automotive industries.** #### **With specialized, monitored equipment compliant with various Brazilian regulations, we also operate in imports and exports, either preliminarily or complementarily to air or maritime transport modes.** #### #### **With innovative technology and excellence in customer service, Covre operates across all stages of the supply chain.** #### #### **At Covre, we are guided by important principles and values that make us a responsible, innovative company committed to sustainability and diversity.** #### #### **We structure our entire R\&S process to ensure equal opportunity for all candidates and further promote diversity and plurality.**
