Many other highlights include cutting-edge talent development initiatives and competitive benefits. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor end-to-end equipment maintenance processes, ensuring repairs meet established quality standards. * Provide technical guidance to involved teams, promoting proactive and active engagement toward standardization and continuous process improvement. * Oversee container maintenance and repairs at terminals and depots, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. * Conduct quality audits of equipment repairs, including: Pre-audit of repair estimates and Post-audit focused on service quality delivered. * Evaluate performance of Maintenance & Repair (EMR) service providers, ensuring delivery meets technical and operational requirements. * Contribute to improved operational results, focusing on: repair quality, reduced container turnaround time, minimized out-of-service containers, and optimized EMR-related costs. **We are looking for:** * Prior experience in maritime operations or related fields * Ability to lead processes and initiatives * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Advanced Excel; intermediate-level knowledge of automation tools (Excel Macros, Power BI, and Power Automate) * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or International Trade * Advanced English proficiency Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
