Therefore, we make no distinction based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other factor. **You are all that matters!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, prepare, and manage the execution of validation tests for connected electro-electronic components and systems across various electronic control units and back-end systems; * Manage defect tracking, conduct follow-up and closure meetings for defects, and generate defect status reports according to client standards, project specifications, and internal, national, and international regulations; * Lead cross-functional development meetings, including those with suppliers; * Prepare and report on the progress of testing performed by the connected component validation team; * Prepare and report on the progress of test case automation executed by the bench automation testing team; * Manage, control, and segregate release packages for all systems and components involved in testing, aligned with the test plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, or related fields; * Knowledge of electro-electronic validation for the automotive industry; * Experience in planning, monitoring, and KPI management; * Knowledge of defect and release management; * Basic knowledge of electronic testing; * English proficiency for reading and preparing technical reports. * On-site work in São Bernardo do Campo/SP. **Additional Information** * Your health and your family’s health are our top priorities!
