Project development and team training **Job Description:** ---------------------- Develop process flows to ensure proper product application on the contracting company's clients' production lines, aiming to maximize Safeeds product performance; Conduct inspection/maintenance routes for installations to continuously improve facility quality and eliminate waste generated by both the contracting company and end customers; Continuously study material and application equipment storage in projects to reduce installation timelines and unnecessary cost expenditures, developing studies focused on just-in-time philosophy; Assist in developing and executing maintenance and calibration procedures to ensure operational quality, asset preservation, and reliability of the contracting company's assets; Conduct periodic maintenance and installation training for the contracting company's employees as well as for the contracting company's end customers' employees; Perform installation diagnostic visits and issue structured reports to better define project strategies; Provide technical assistance, installation, maintenance, and preservation services for electrical and mechanical equipment used in liquid application; Propose equipment and component improvements and submit them to the respective division for evaluation through performance monitoring to identify potential needs, while also developing projects to enhance equipment utilization, thereby improving machine performance and extending component service life; Disseminate and train team members on best practices for project implementation and preventive/corrective maintenance, as well as facilitating smooth interventions and appropriate conduct when interacting with the contracting company's clients; Promote and enforce Safeeds' and end customers' occupational safety standards and procedures, ensuring correct usage of required personal protective equipment (PPE) and verifying equipment safety device usage conditions; Guide team members on installation procedures, intervention execution, frequency inverter programming, as well as installing, programming, and calibrating process controllers (temperature, pressure, flow, speed, etc.), additionally installing new equipment in production areas and inspecting machines to detect early signs of failure for scheduled interventions; Assemble integrated electroelectronic, electropneumatic, electro-hydraulic, and mechanical systems used in automated equipment and processes, testing functionality according to established standards and specific regulations; Develop project application manuals and installation and maintenance procedures for equipment at the contracting company's clients' plants; Develop, disseminate, and implement quality control and management procedures; Apply fault diagnostics to locate defects in automated machines and equipment using test instruments, analytical tools, and root cause analysis techniques; Standardize and perform equipment installations and liquid applications at the contracting company's clients; Install, operate, and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) equipment and programmable logic controllers (PLCs); Repair and/or replace mechanical and electroelectronic components in automated equipment and systems; Control product quality in processes using specific techniques, instruments, and testing devices; Act ethically and entrepreneurially in both personal and professional contexts; Produce business risk control reports and submit them to the contracting company; Conduct periodic visits, collect samples, and inspect equipment installed at the contracting company's clients. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical course in Electrical Engineering and/or Electromechanical Engineering; Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency; Experience with liquid application systems in animal feed manufacturing plants; Experience with electrical control and power circuits; Experience in mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance; Knowledge of transport phenomena; NR 10 Certification (Electrical Installation and Service Safety), NR 35 Certification (Working at Heights Safety), and NR 33 Certification (Confined Space Work Safety); Driver's License Category B and experience driving over long distances; Willingness to travel frequently. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Family Health Plan (Unimed): 80% covered by employer, 20% by employee; Meal Allowance: BRL 900.00; Dental Plan: optional, BRL 4.30 per person; Fuel Allowance: BRL 543.00; Meal Benefit: 80% covered by employer, 20% by employee, at partner restaurants; PPR – Profit Sharing Program (0 to 3 nominal monthly salaries) based on achievement of corporate goals; Banked Hours; Birthday Day Off; Uniform. **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Coverage area includes: Primavera do Leste/MT, Sorriso/MT, Várzea Grande/MT, Sinop/MT, and others.
