**Employment Type:** Internship, 30 hours per week, 100% on-site Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 2:15 PM, with a 15-minute break **Work Location:** Lapa\- São Paulo\- SP **Company Description:** We are passionate about what we do. Order assembly for fulfillment. \- Order management: handling shipping (order preparation, packaging, and dispatch) and validating returns. \- Social media content creation and digital marketing strategies. \- Business support: assisting the team with daily activities. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school; currently enrolled in undergraduate studies \- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal relationships, and ability to work in a team \- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite \- Interest in sports and technology; commitment to goals, quality, and organization **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Undergraduate studies (in progress or completed) in Administration, Marketing, or Technology **Compensation and Benefits:** \- Starting salary: R$ 1\.000 \- Transportation allowance (VT) and paid vacation without salary deduction \- Meal/food allowance (VR/VA): R$400 \- Education assistance: up to R$200 \- Total: R$1\.600 Payment: R$1\.000,00 \- R$1\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
