Job Summary: Act as a technical reference in the operation of heavy vehicles, delivering practical training and supporting the driver team in performance improvement and problem resolution. Supporting the driver team in interpreting telematics data and performance targets **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Act as a technical reference in the operation of heavy vehicles, including the Rodotrem segment (CNH Category AE). Deliver practical, on-site training focused on safe, economical, and best-practice driving techniques. Support drivers in interpreting telematics data and aligning efforts toward achieving performance targets. Monitor and support team performance with a critical eye and focus on continuous improvement. Directly address operational transportation issues. **REQUIREMENTS:** Proven experience as a Master Driver operating heavy and Rodotrem fleets. Valid and up-to-date CNH Category AE license. Current MOPP certification. Familiarity with telematics systems and indicators of economical driving. Willingness to travel. Preferred: Knowledge of routes across different regions of Brazil. Preferred: Proficiency in Excel. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break; however, flexibility is required for travel (30–45 days) and for conducting training en route, aligned with drivers’ working hours. **BENEFITS:** Salary between R$ 4.500,00 and R$ 6.500,00.
