Interdisciplinary collaboration and team capacity building Responsible for the DRAINAGE discipline during project conception, hydrological studies, detailed design and calculation of macro- and micro-basins, quantity take-offs and budgeting, procurement (terms of reference and tender processes), and technical support requirements for construction works. Providing technical guidance for activities related to drainage studies and projects. Ensuring compliance with current national and international technical standards; identifying the most economically and technically suitable solutions aligned with the company’s business plan; and safeguarding project quality. Managing contractual obligations through physical and financial monitoring of contracts, with emphasis on adherence to timelines agreed upon with the company’s strategic planning and the Granting Authority; proposing engineering risk mitigation measures based on optimal solutions, considering all disciplines inherent to the projects, as well as assessing potential environmental, right-of-way, and other related disciplinary impacts; ensuring technically sound application of allocated resources; providing technical support for budgeting and terms of reference preparation for procurement activities; guaranteeing deadline compliance; staying updated on emerging technologies for project development; supporting technical capacity building of the team; clarifying matters for the Granting Authority and other internal and external stakeholders—always complying with current technical standards and best engineering and market practices. Acting in accordance with organizational values. **Responsibilities and Duties** Study and propose the best technical and economic solutions for drainage projects, aiming to mitigate inherent deficiencies and interferences, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and current national and international standards, optimizing solutions and maximizing desired outcomes Manage project development progress together with designers and other service providers involved Analyze and develop Drainage Projects, ensuring compliance with current national and international standards, optimizing solutions and maximizing desired outcomes Technological innovation Procurement needs for drainage-related studies and projects, as well as related disciplines, to ensure proper contracting and continuity of discipline services Support for inspection activities Responding to requests and clarifications from ARTESP and various internal company departments Contractual management and planning Cost management Providing technical support to the engineering operations team during construction execution.
