Description

Receive, identify, and direct individuals visiting the company, working at guard booths and entrances, providing directional information, receiving mailbags, correspondence, etc., handling registration protocols, issuing identification badges, delivering messages, maintaining appropriate records, and making necessary referrals, aiming to support the required administrative functions. **Responsibilities and duties** * Receive, identify, and announce visitors, issuing them identification badges, directing them to designated locations or providing requested information, with attentiveness and courtesy; * Maintain control over visitor entry and exit, vehicle movements, deliveries, materials, recording and verifying data and performing other related services for control purposes; * Guide drivers entering the company premises, informing them of necessary precautions regarding internal road traffic, aiming to ensure order and safety in vehicle circulation; * Monitor the reception area, operating or activating security devices, observing people's movements and reporting any anomalies to support physical security services; * Answer phone calls outside regular working hours and on weekends to assist with internal and external company communications; * Keep supervisors informed of any unusual or suspicious activities to enable timely action; * Report incidents to authorities when requested, detailing relevant facts, times, and circumstances to guide necessary investigations; **Requirements and qualifications** * Incomplete elementary education – 4th grade. * Knowledge of routines inherent to the position. * Promptness, focused attention, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills. * Desired: 6 months of experience. **Additional benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
