As we expand globally, we are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to build and scale our presence across multiple digital platforms and support our growth strategy. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, organic growth, and lead generation aligned with FinSafe’s mission and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities * Manage and grow FinSafe’s presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and messaging communities such as Telegram and WhatsApp. * Develop and implement a content strategy focused on education, brand authority, and lead generation. * Create and publish high\-quality written, visual, and video content. * Drive organic audience growth and engagement without reliance on paid advertising. * Monitor trends, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize content and strategy. * Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community management. * Collaborate with lead generation and sales teams to convert engagement into qualified leads. * Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms. Requirements * Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms for brands or businesses. * Strong content creation and copywriting skills. * Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). * Understanding of organic growth strategies and community building. * Knowledge of finance, crypto, or fintech is an advantage. * Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
