Senior Fullstack Developer (Node/React)

*We are looking for a* ***Senior Fullstack Developer (Node/React)**** to build solutions that connect* ***technology, customer experience, and business value generation****.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **Software Development:** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS. * Actively participate in the entire software lifecycle—from conception through delivery and maintenance. * Write clean, testable, reusable, and efficient code following best engineering practices. **Team Collaboration:** * Partner with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure solutions meet user needs. * Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to support the team’s technical growth. **Innovation and Continuous Improvement:** * Contribute ideas, technical solutions, and proposals for continuous improvement of products and processes. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in software development and emerging technologies. **Performance and Scalability:** * Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of developed applications. * Address technical issues and optimize production systems. **Documentation and Best Practices:** * Clearly and accessibly document architectures, processes, and technical decisions. * Promote and adhere to software development best practices and coding standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Proven experience as a fullstack developer focused on TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS. * Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience with cloud computing—especially AWS (including services such as Lambda and serverless architecture). * Problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and analytical mindset. * Strong interpersonal communication and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. **Preferred:** * Experience with distributed applications and messaging systems (Kafka, SNS, SQS). * Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform). * Secure development practices and software security knowledge. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Proactivity and Initiative: Ability to identify opportunities and act autonomously to improve processes and products. * Results Orientation: Commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines. * Analytical Thinking: Skill to investigate and solve problems logically and effectively. * Clear Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Customer Focus: User-centered mindset and commitment to delivering continuous value. * Collaboration and Teamwork: Team spirit, knowledge sharing, and encouragement of collective development. * Innovation and Creativity: Willingness to experiment with new approaches and propose disruptive solutions. **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, standing side by side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
