We are currently looking for professionals to join our Business Intelligence team. **About the Area** The Data team is responsible for transforming information into strategic insights, maintaining and evolving our systems, data pipelines, and dashboards. Currently, we are experiencing growing maturity: more complex projects demand careful attention and detailed analysis, while day-to-day maintenance consumes time from experienced analysts. **Your Responsibilities** As a Data Intern, you will be a key contributor to strategic projects, assuming technical responsibilities across data pipelines, integrations, and automations. Your main activities include: * Maintenance and development of data pipelines (Dataform/BigQuery). * Creation and monitoring of CI/CD processes (Azure, GitHub, Power Automate). * Maintenance and enhancement of Power BI dashboards. * Maintenance and development of API-based integrations and operational automations. * Data validation and correction to ensure analytical quality. * Support in documenting and standardizing team processes. **What We Offer** * Practical experience in real-world data projects, using modern technologies and facing real financial market challenges. * Accelerated development of technical and behavioral skills in a dynamic environment, with opportunity for full-time employment. * Close interaction with senior analysts and opportunity to assume increasing autonomy. * Consistent feedback structure and continuous learning. **Requirements** * Demonstrated proficiency in Python and SQL. * Familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS). * Interest in learning cloud and automation tools (Azure, GitHub, Power Automate). * Organizational and disciplinary skills to manage multiple projects. * Curiosity and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications** * Interest in BI (Power BI) and data modeling using Dataform/BigQuery. * Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently. * Hands-on mindset and technical curiosity.
