You will interact directly with our current and prospective customers, answering questions about the platform and assisting with any existing issues. Our platform evolves rapidly; it’s essential to enjoy technology and be willing to learn continuously, growing alongside the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Initial contact with **Cartpanda** customers and potential customers * Delivering humanized, agile, and efficient support, ensuring clear and objective communication. * Analyzing customer-reported questions and difficulties, identifying root causes of problems. * Providing detailed instructions and customized solutions for each case. * Becoming a platform expert on **Cartpanda**, understanding its features and applications. * Identifying possible bugs or failures and escalating them to the technical team while tracking issue resolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Strong communication and writing skills** – adhering to Portuguese language rules * **Commitment and organization** – ability to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring agile and accurate support. * **Calmness and courtesy in interactions** – ability to handle customers in diverse situations while maintaining courtesy and professionalism, even under pressure. * **Adaptability to remote work** – self-discipline to manage schedules and tasks without direct supervision, ensuring productivity and support quality. * **Suitable work environment** – a quiet and organized space, equipped with a laptop/computer and stable internet connection to ensure efficient support. * **Teamwork capability** – ease of collaborating with colleagues and sharing information to improve customer experience and team efficiency. * **Affinity with technology** – ability to quickly learn and operate new customer support tools and systems. * **Capacity for continuous learning** – curiosity and initiative to acquire new knowledge and keep up with platform and e-commerce sector updates. **Additional Information** Position: Customer Support I Salary: R$ 2\.352,09 Workload: 40 hours/week Benefits (no payroll deductions): * R$ 700.00 VA/VR on Flash card; * Sul América Health Plan with no co-payment; * Life insurance.
