In this role, you will work at Echoenergia’s São Luís/MA unit and be responsible for planning, structuring, and optimizing CRM relationship workflows and customer journeys across multiple channels. Check out some of the responsibilities that will drive your growth: * Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel relationship and lead nurturing workflows for all funnel stages (top, middle, bottom), covering inbound, MQLs, re-engagement, events, and ABM. * Integrate and operationalize inbound journeys in collaboration with Content Marketing, ensuring alignment among blog, landing pages, organic acquisition, and CRM flows. * Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio) to configure campaigns, dynamic segmentation, automations, and intelligent, conversion-oriented workflows. * Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to increase engagement and accelerate progression through the funnel. * Monitor and analyze engagement, conversion, and campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize results. * Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, Media, Market Intelligence, and Content teams to ensure consistency between lead journeys and company initiatives. * Generate performance reports with actionable insights to support strategic decisions and journey evolution. * Establish lead qualification criteria and “hand-raise” triggers for lead handoff to pre-sales or sales. * Develop and manage reactivation strategies for inactive leads, including dedicated re-engagement workflows and win-back flows. * Plan and execute workflows supporting events, product launches, and time-bound activations, integrating inbound and outbound approaches. * Create and manage advanced segmentation based on behavioral data, attributes, and dynamic personalization. * Maintain database quality, integrity, and standardization, with attention to data hygiene and consistency. * Propose and implement new automations, workflows, or strategies based on benchmarks, trends, and scalability opportunities. * Work autonomously with business acumen and a goal-oriented, growth-focused mindset. 2510310202231002211
