We are looking for a Pedagogical Supervision Coordinator to join our team and closely oversee program execution at partner schools — demonstrating firmness, assertiveness, self-management ability, creativity, and professionalism. Proactivity in problem-solving, strong communication skills, passion for working with schools and teams, and consistently maintaining a positive and joyful attitude at work are essential. Key responsibilities: • Coordinate pedagogical supervisors’ activities, who support local unit coordinators during workshop delivery. • Manage the entire process of implementing new schools, including on-site visits and monitoring through indicators and reports. • Review and monitor all school processes using indicators and reports. • Promote continuous professional development aligned with the BNCC. • Monitor the completion of supervisors’ spreadsheets and logs, assisting in resolving issues. • Conduct on-site visits to inspect school facilities, meet responsible personnel, and gather information regarding implementation. ### **Prerequisites** • Degree in Pedagogy or Psychology with specialization in education. • Experience in pedagogical management. • Availability for travel. • Residence in Juiz de Fora/MG. ### **Benefits** • CLT employment contract • Gym membership • English course • Meal allowance during possible business trips ### **Additional Notes** Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in educational institutions (regular schools). • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. • Driver’s license (Category B).
