**JOB MISSION**
Lead the hardware area in developing and enhancing electrical equipment and electronic modules applied to industrial products and solutions, ensuring technical robustness, reliability, and alignment with market needs and technical standards.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* **Project Management:** Coordinate the full hardware project lifecycle (from concept to *go-to-market*), ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
* **Technical Architecture:** Define critical specifications for electro-electronic equipment, interfaces, and control systems, selecting optimal components and architectures.
* **Multidisciplinary Integration:** Act as a facilitator among hardware, firmware, testing, production, and quality teams to ensure product harmony.
* **Validation and Quality:** Validate prototypes and lead functional, environmental, and safety testing plans, proactively mitigating technical risks.
* **Standardization:** Develop and maintain technical documentation standards (schematics, BOM – Bill of Materials, and compliance reports).
* **People Leadership:** Coordinate the hardware team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, technical development, and high performance.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
* **Experience:** Solid experience in hardware development for industrial applications.
* **Technical Hard Skills:** Strong knowledge of circuit design, signal analysis, robust design, and regulatory compliance.
* **Software Tools:** Proficiency in EDA/electronic design tools (Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar).
* **Leadership:** Proven experience in technical coordination of teams and management of interdisciplinary projects.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
* Solid experience integrating hardware into complex industrial electrical systems.
* Practical experience with electrical certifications and EMC/EMI (Electromagnetic Compatibility/Interference) testing.
* Knowledge of printed circuit board (PCBA) manufacturing processes and industrial assembly.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Salary: R$7,000.00 – R$8,000.00 per month

* 25% (Mandatory)
