This position is open to all individuals, regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, cultural or social background, or any other factor. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and control contract execution by monitoring contractual aspects such as deadlines, measurements, costs, values, adjustments, parties' obligations, penalties, and risks. * Plan, coordinate, provide technical guidance, monitor, and verify outcomes of operational routines and processes through daily team coordination and periodic operational meetings. * Plan and control operational costs by planning and executing procurement, labor and service hiring, always adhering to budgeted and contractual values, using control software and spreadsheets to track incurred costs and cost projections, and reporting results. * Ensure full compliance with legal, contractual, and internal company procedures related to quality, safety, health, and environment by all parties involved in the contract—including client, RIP, and subcontracted suppliers—through assignment of responsibilities to the involved team, as well as guidance, workforce training, and constant activity monitoring, always following the company's policies and internal procedures. * Maintain and prospect commercial relationships, conduct technical visits, collaborate on, and prepare technical and commercial budgets and proposals, maintaining frequent communication with clients and expanding the network of relationships through personal contacts and/or those maintained via telephone, e-mail, and other communication channels for budgets and proposals. * Maintain relationships with the client through their representatives via periodic meetings, reports, measurement bulletins, and other means. * Prepare revenue compositions and backlog, reporting current-month revenue forecasts and projecting measurements for the next 12 months. * Apply and enforce the organization’s mission, vision, values, and principles within the area of responsibility, as well as internal procedures and established policies. * Practice people leadership, mobilizing subordinate teams’ efforts toward achieving organizational goals and strategies, creating opportunities for continuous development, and aligning the organization’s strategic interests with those of the professionals led. * Pursue continuous process improvement by identifying and eliminating waste. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: * Preferred degree in Electrical Engineering (or other engineering disciplines with experience in energy projects). * Experience in energy projects (civil, electromechanical, and commissioning). * Experience in cost control, budgeting, measurements, and contracts. * Willingness to travel or relocate to Juruti/PA. **Additional Information** * Benefits package according to location of operation.
