Job Summary: The Continuous Improvement Assistant will support the dissemination of the continuous improvement culture in the factory, working closely, collaboratively, and engaging in frequent daily interactions. Key Highlights: 1. Support the implementation of the Continuous Improvement methodology in the factory. 2. Act as a coach for the methodology, supporting departments in applying the practices. 3. We are looking for a **Continuous Improvement Assistant** to support the dissemination of the improvement culture in our factory, with closeness, collaboration, and abundant daily interaction. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support the **implementation of the Continuous Improvement methodology** in the factory; * Keep **tools, controls, and indicators updated**; * Act as a **methodology coach**, supporting departments in applying the practices; * Map **improvement opportunities and gaps** in processes; * Maintain **strong alignment with factory operations**, working closely with operational areas. ### **Key Challenges** * Communicate effectively across all levels of the factory (operations, supervision, management, etc.); * **Engage and influence people**, reinforcing the Continuous Improvement culture in daily activities. ### **Requirements and Competencies** * Currently pursuing a **bachelor’s degree**, or holding a **technical qualification in related fields**; * Strong **verbal and written communication skills**; * Ability to work effectively in an industrial environment and interact with diverse stakeholders; * **Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools** is considered a plus. ### **Why Work at FINI?** Here, we combine a results-driven focus with a light, collaborative, and energetic environment.
