This area focuses on structuring, classifying, evolving, and governing business-oriented data products through people, data, processes, and technology. The result is an organization increasingly driven by Data & AI, delivering more robust value propositions to our customers and professionals! **Responsibilities and Assignments** Main Responsibilities: * Map business processes and identify opportunities to transform them into data products. * Deeply understand business domains to structure data products aligned with operational reality. * Act as a facilitator between technical and business areas. * Challenge areas with strategic questions, identifying gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities. * Define, classify, and structure data products within the Data Mesh architecture. * Build and maintain a prioritized backlog of data products. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to define vision, objectives, success metrics (KPIs), and SLAs for data products. * Ensure data products comply with principles of interoperability, quality, and governance. * Evaluate existing data products and propose refactoring when necessary. * Identify duplicated assets, modeling inconsistencies, or data products lacking clear purpose. * Work on continuous improvement of data models, pipelines, and data contracts. * Support defining criteria for classifying data products (domain, criticality, sensitivity, maturity). * Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality policies. * Support implementation of documentation and cataloging standards. * Conduct workshops with business areas. * Communicate data vision and strategy to executive and technical stakeholders. * Act as a cultural change agent in the Data Mesh model. * Facilitate alignment across domains and resolve prioritization conflicts. **Requirements and Qualifications** Desired Technical Competencies: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields. * Experience in Big Data environments (e.g., data lakes, pipelines, dimensional or domain-oriented modeling). * Experience with MS Azure, Databricks, Teradata, Hive, Python. * Practical experience in Data Mesh initiatives. * Knowledge of data governance, quality, and cataloging. * Familiarity with modern data architecture (cloud, APIs, data contracts). * Prior experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Functional Data Consultant. Behavioral Competencies: * Strong business acumen. * Clear and assertive communication. * Ability to provoke strategic discussions. * Analytical and structured mindset. * Skill in navigating complex, cross-functional environments.
