CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR This opportunity is intended for professionals with a technical profile, operational organization skills, and a focus on quality and deadline compliance. Location: Central Region/Itaitinga – CE Employment model: CLT or PJ Working hours: Monday to Friday Benefits: * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Travel expense reimbursement for movement between construction sites. Key responsibilities: * Monitor construction execution and field activity progress; * Ensure compliance with construction processes and quality standards; * Support control and monitoring of construction phases; * Supervise teams and contractors; * Support planning and operational organization routines; * Track performance indicators, records, and physical progress of construction works; * Contribute to meeting schedules and occupational safety regulations. Requirements: * Technical education in Building Construction; * Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction projects; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings; * Field experience and production monitoring; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations; * Preferred: familiarity with Sienge, Prevision, and AutoCAD.
