Support to specialized professionals and maintenance of the work environment We are seeking a committed and responsible professional to work as a **Construction Helper**, supporting civil construction activities. This professional will assist in material transportation, preparation of the construction site, organization and cleaning of work areas, and support specialized professionals—always adhering to technical instructions and safety regulations. * **Responsibilities** * Transport, organize, and store materials and tools at the construction site; * Prepare areas for execution of tasks, such as excavations, foundations, and concrete pouring; * Assist masons, carpenters, and other construction personnel; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Assist in assembly and disassembly of temporary structures; * Perform general support tasks as required by the project. **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete elementary education; * Good physical condition for operational tasks; * Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork skills; * Attention to safety regulations and discipline on the construction site. **Benefits:** * Breakfast; * On-site meal; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance of R$ 97.00; * Discount on Cacau Show products (head office); * Discount on Cacau Show hotels. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Thursday:** from **7:00 AM to 5:00 PM** * **Friday:** from **7:00 AM to 4:00 PM** Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.066,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Health plans and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
