Inventory control, materials management, and monitoring of quality standards Description: * Preferred: minimum 3 years of experience; * Good interpersonal skills; * Knowledge of structural masonry construction. * Analyze and discuss technical details and instructions of the project to be executed with superiors; * Guide and supervise schedule execution; * Interpret project drawings, reports, construction records, and work orders; * Participate in site setup, defining physical locations per the project, forming teams, assigning tasks, and supervising their completion; * Control material inventory, as well as waste and scrap, and equipment required for the work; * Monitor construction quality standards, verify specifications of materials used on-site, and storage conditions; * Supervise work progress, resolve issues, reassign tasks, reallocate teams, and control work quality; * Request procurement of materials and equipment necessary for service execution; * Assist in preparing manuals, reports, and schedules during construction; * Participate in training programs when summoned; * Ensure maintenance, cleaning, preservation, custody, and control of all materials, instruments, equipment, and the workplace.
