**Commercial Representative PJ — Softeum (External Sales/Remote)** Softeum is expanding its commercial team and is looking for **Commercial Representatives (PJ)** to sell our software solutions, with total flexibility and uncapped earnings. **Model:** PJ service provision **Work location:** Remote **Compensation:** 100% commission-based, with acquisition commission \+ recurring commission on the active portfolio **Format:** Full autonomy over schedule and work routine **What you will do:** * Prospect and negotiate with potential clients. * Present and sell Softeum solutions, with support from commercial materials and product training. * Update the sales funnel in Softeum's CRM. * Build long-term relationships with the acquired client portfolio. **Requirements:** * Active CNPJ (MEI or ME) or willingness to open one * Active registration with CORE — Regional Council of Commercial Representatives * Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, technology, or services \- or a strong desire to learn * Good communication, organization, and autonomy to manage your own sales funnel * Own laptop and mobile phone. * Differential: experience with CRM and consultative sales cycles **What we offer:** * Competitive acquisition commission on each new contract closed * Recurring commission while the client remains active * Support materials, product training, and commercial support * Full schedule freedom — you organize your routine Interested parties, please send your resume with the title “Opportunity for Commercial Representative \- \[your name]”.
