




Job Summary: The bus conductor is responsible for fare collection, providing courteous service to users, assisting elderly/pregnant/disabled passengers, and performing operational tasks. Focus on the safety and well-being of elderly, pregnant, and disabled passengers **Job Description:** ---------------------- Collect fares according to the established amount, providing accurate and timely change. Complete the passenger count form with the number of passengers specified in the FVC at regulation points. Open and close shifts, collecting all information regarding paying passengers, exempt passengers, and students. Transfer collected data to the SBE system (Electronic Ticketing System). Generate daily reports and reconcile collected amounts. Reconcile all work shifts as stipulated by procedure. Daily review of notices posted in the revenue collection department regarding pending items or surplus funds. Provide courteous service to users during boarding and alighting. Remain vigilant inside the workplace regarding elderly, pregnant, and disabled individuals, ensuring their legal rights and well-being. Adhere strictly to scheduled working hours as per roster. Responsible for installing and removing the vehicle’s side signboard and storing it properly in the designated area. Accompany the driver to the vehicle in the yard upon departure from the garage. Upon vehicle retrieval, close all windows, remove the side signboard displaying the route, and place it on the counter at the correct line prefix. Do not resist robberies; instead, immediately notify the traffic department, request police assistance, and file a Police Report (Boletim de Ocorrencia), submitting the completed form to the company within the timeframe specified by internal procedures. Follow internal procedures for shift swaps and overtime, as directed by the Area Manager or the Shift Exchange Logbook.
