Description
**What we expect from you:**
* Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) for at least 4 years;
* Consistent prior experience in civil law;
* Experience in team management and leadership;
* Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented profile;
* Strong oral and written communication skills;
* Ability to conduct meetings, alignment sessions, and client consultations;
* Aptitude for decision-making and monitoring strategic matters;
* Experience in deadline management, task distribution, and procedural supervision.
**Your main challenges will be:**
* Coordinating the civil law team;
* Strategically monitoring cases;
* Reviewing legal documents and providing technical guidance to attorneys;
* Managing deadlines and internal workflows;
* Participating in client meetings;
* Developing procedural strategies;
* Supporting the executive board in managing the department's operations.
