Creation and governance of business architecture **Job Description:** Responsible for translating the company's Strategic Planning into an operational and systems roadmap, ensuring alignment between business vision and technological execution. Map current business capabilities (as\-is) and design the future architecture (to\-be) to support company growth, efficiency, and profitability. Lead the design of cross\-functional projects, acting as a bridge between business area needs and technical solutions. Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts (capability maps, value streams, process models) as the foundation for strategic decision-making. Act as an internal consultant and facilitator, ensuring strategic initiatives are implemented cohesively and aligned with the target architecture. **Key Challenges:** Establish Business Architecture practice at Integracomm, creating the necessary frameworks, models, and governance to guide business evolution. Drive process and system rationalization and optimization, identifying redundancies and opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Ensure new projects and initiatives are designed in compliance with the target architecture, avoiding creation of new silos or technical debt. **Desired Experience:** * Significant experience in roles such as Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, Business Analyst, or Operations Coordinator, preferably within technology, services, or consulting firms. * Proven experience in creating and using business architecture artifacts (capability maps, value streams, etc.) to drive business transformation. * Experience facilitating workshops and discussions with senior-level stakeholders to define strategies, operating models, and roadmaps. **About the Company:** We are a consultancy for companies that sell—or want to start selling—on major marketplaces, including Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, Shein, and others.
