Plan daily bakery production, organizing preparation stages and quantities. Prepare doughs, fillings, and frostings following recipes and quality standards. Operate production equipment such as ovens, mixers, and other bakery utensils. Conduct quality control of prepared products. Assist in inventory management of supplies and raw materials. Maintain workplace organization and hygiene, complying with food safety regulations and good handling practices. Perform other tasks related to bakery routines.
