Our team ensures that entrepreneurs, mentors, ambassadors, and scale-ups experience high-value engagement throughout the year — through events, connections, and digital initiatives that strengthen a sense of belonging and foster decisive exchanges among network members. New playbooks are being written, formats refined, and whoever fills this role holds real ownership over the events that guide the community strategy for Brazil’s most impactful entrepreneurs. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** End-to-end owner of Community events operations: * Execution of in-person events (group mentorships or masterclasses, happy hours, private dinners, and institutional events); * Operation of digital events (invitation lists, Zoom, communications, participant’s online journey); * Curation of the experience (catering, ambiance, Endeavor-branded gifts); * Management of suppliers and budgets (prospecting, negotiation, delivery tracking, financial reconciliation per event); * Coordination of pre-, during-, and post-event logistics in partnership with Account Managers for each audience; **WHAT YOU NEED** **Technical Skills** * Experience organizing end-to-end events; * Experience managing resources: budgets, suppliers, and multiple concurrent workstreams, with proficiency in project management tools and platforms (spreadsheets, Notion, etc.); * Experience and curiosity in using AI tools — such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — for daily tasks and automation; **Behavioral Skills** * Ability to learn from each cycle and translate insights into process improvements: those in this role elevate standards with every edition, rather than simply repeating what worked before; * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences: much of the work depends on cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment and timely execution across teams is a skill — not just a task. Additionally, ability to engage confidently with external stakeholders across varied profiles. * Risk analysis capability: anticipating potential issues, exercising caution, and resolving them proactively. **NICE TO HAVE** * Experience with events where quality standards are non-negotiable and details make all the difference; * Understanding of and hands-on experience with communities, networks, or ecosystems — including digital ones — where in-person interactions fuel engagement between events; * Intermediate or advanced English (the Endeavor network is global, and some events include international participants); **WHO YOU ARE** Endeavor is a values-driven organization.
