Our Growth team is expanding and directly drives demand generation, brand positioning, campaign development, content creation, automation, data analysis, and commercial operations growth. We are seeking an organized, curious, creative individual with a strong desire to learn to join us as a Growth Assistant, supporting the company’s marketing, growth, and demand-generation initiatives. The candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams, contributing to campaign development, analyses, content creation, automations, and growth strategies. Here, we value proactive, analytical, hands-on individuals who enjoy experimenting, learning, and continuously evolving. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support marketing and demand-generation campaigns; * Assist in creating and updating content for websites, social media, emails, and commercial materials; * Support inbound and outbound operations alongside the Growth and Commercial teams; * Update dashboards, spreadsheets, and departmental KPIs; * Assist with automations, workflows, and CRM organization; * Support testing of campaigns, ads, and digital strategies; * Participate in market research, ICP analysis, and competitive analysis; * Support the creation of presentations and internal materials. Desired experience: * Interest in marketing, growth, technology, and sales; * Academic or professional background in marketing, communications, advertising, growth, or related fields; * Prior internship, assistant, or project experience is a plus. **Requirements and qualifications** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Analytical and proactive mindset; * Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes; * Basic knowledge of digital marketing and demand generation; * Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel; * Basic knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, RD Station, Meetime, Google Slides, or similar is a plus; * Interest in data, automation, AI, and growth marketing.
