If you enjoy working with people, solving challenges, and making a positive impact every day, this is your place. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist in guiding the team on tasks and service delivery, including reception, cleaning, and maintenance; * Support the supervisor in training and developing the team to ensure continuous engagement and preparedness; * Attend to and direct unit customers, providing support and resolving issues related to contractual and technical matters; * Monitor service requests and verify whether Service Order (SO) processes are correct; * Assist in organizing staff reassignments / covering absences; * Maintain the company’s service standards, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction; * Assist in resolving administrative pending items, if necessary; * Monitor and reconcile expenses related to petty cash cards and other expenditures; * Request operational and office supplies together with the supervisor; * Monitor supply requisitions, ensuring inventory levels and consumption align with the company’s pre-established targets; * Analyze fixed-cost and procurement management reports; * Participate in meetings as required. * Monitor construction work carried out at the unit and ensure timely delivery to the client according to the agreed layout. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Experience in facilities management is considered a plus; * Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel; * Advanced Excel and Canva skills are considered a plus.
