Autonomous execution of administrative routines * Provide administrative and operational support for procurement department activities, performing tasks such as purchase order issuance, document control, supplier communication, and internal coordination with personnel responsible for purchase requests. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and monitor administrative and operational activities, including document organization and control, system data entry, correspondence dispatch, and information updates. * Perform administrative routines with greater autonomy, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, established deadlines, and quality standards. * Manage and maintain organized physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to information for the team and other departments. * Provide internal support by analyzing requests, forwarding inquiries, and tracking their resolution. * Maintain relationships with suppliers, contacting them to confirm orders, negotiate delivery timelines, and monitor shipments. * Organize, control, and archive procurement-related documents, ensuring compliance for audits and future reference. * Monitor delivery status, identify potential delays, and proactively inform the procurement team and involved departments. * Enter, verify, and update procurement information in the company’s management system. * Request, analyze, and compare price quotations, managing low- and medium-complexity procurement processes and supporting high-complexity ones. * Prepare simple management reports on procurement activities, order status, suppliers, and monitoring indicators. * Register, update, deactivate, and maintain supplier and product data, ensuring information reliability. * Conduct market research to support product, pricing, and supplier registration and updates. * Draft, issue, and negotiate low-complexity purchase orders, including small-value acquisitions, non-competitive processes, and emergency requests. * Track and monitor the procurement request portfolio, prioritizing demands per supervisory guidelines. * Receive, inspect, and validate materials and products, verifying quantities, packaging conditions, and conformity with invoices. * Support the team in identifying solutions for operational demands, contributing to continuous process improvement. * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department and leadership directives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed high school or technical education. * Experience in related activities. * Skills: Basic Microsoft Office suite. * Preferred: Undergraduate studies in progress. **Additional Information** * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * On-site Cafeteria * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan Cerpa Brewery is a Brazilian beverage manufacturer based in the Amazon region, which—over its 58+ years of operation—has become synonymous with quality.
