




Job Summary: Process analyst responsible for managing real estate asset compliance, social and supplier engagement, ensuring property regularization and intervention planning. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and management of real estate asset compliance. 2. Coordination with various departments for property regularization. 3. Management and monitoring of outsourced teams and projects. Analyze processes and compliance contracts related to real estate assets and properties, as well as social engagement and interaction; interface with other departments involved in the release and regularization of Sabesp-owned properties; manage and coordinate suppliers. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Plan, together with licensing authorities, the intervention plan for property regularization; Support processes, workflows, strategy, and action plans for property regularization; Follow up with responsible personnel from outsourced teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines; Monitor deadlines and targets related to project development activities; Identify, document, and resolve issues arising during execution of work fronts; Monitor planning and implementation of actions, ensuring adherence to schedules, objectives, and targets, as well as activity quality; Produce and evaluate progress reports on departmental commitments; Prepare budget forecasts for departmental activities and monitor their execution; Minimum 10 years of experience in licensing, asset management, administration, architecture, engineering, and/or surveying; **Requirements and Qualifications:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, internet, email, AI, and chatbots; Familiarity with AutoCAD and Power BI is desirable. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance: BRL 39.00/day; Food Allowance: BRL 85.00/month; Transportation Allowance: Based on address; iFood Benefits (Colab): Discounts at Wellhub gyms, teleconsultations, pharmacies, and medical exams; Life Insurance; Health and Dental Plans effective after 90 days of employment. **About the Company:** Others
