Job Summary: This role involves developing training materials, managing client and architect relations, designing modifications, budgeting, and project scheduling. Key Highlights: 1. Architectural project development and review **None:****Responsibilities:** Develop training manuals for real estate agents, sales/garage floor plans, and technical service customization notebooks; Support customers and architects, manage interface with Engineering, deadlines, budgets, and meetings throughout the customization process; Develop simple modification projects, review external architects' projects, and validate models in software; Prepare customization budgets, request quotations, and control decoration costs for common areas; Plan schedules, monitor execution, coordinate projects, and support prototype and decorated unit delivery. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; Knowledge and experience in technical drawing; Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings; Basic knowledge of finishing materials and technical specifications; Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of ArchiCAD, Solibri, BimCollab, and Salesforce. **Benefits:** Meal allowance; On-site cafeteria; TotalPass; Unimed health plan (co-payment); Dental Uni dental plan; Mental health program; A.Yoshii benefits club; Life insurance; Transportation allowance.
