No manual dialing required! The system automatically places calls and connects the call to the employee only after the customer answers, making the process significantly more dynamic and fluid. Requirements: Strong verbal fluency and communication skills; Proactive profile, focused on goals and results; No prior experience required; Availability to work remotely or on-site; Easy access to the Calmon Viana region – Poá/SP.
