If you believe in a world where everyone has the opportunity to drive their own life, come be \#Kover! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative and operational routines within your assigned area, **as determined by your professional profile and interests identified during the selection process**. * Assist with organizing documents, internal controls, spreadsheets, and departmental systems. * Support team requests, contributing to meeting deadlines and daily tasks. * Participate in training sessions and development activities offered by the apprenticeship program. * Comply with regulations, internal policies, and leadership guidance. * Collaborate proactively with the team, developing technical and behavioral skills throughout the program! **Requirements and Qualifications** **You fit if:** * You are currently enrolled in high school, vocational training, or higher education; * You are eager to learn, grow professionally, and collaborate effectively within a team. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Be aged between 14 and 24 years. * Prior professional experience is not required. **Additional Information** **What you’ll find here:** **Life Insurance:** To care for our greatest asset: our Kovers. **Health Plan:** Taking care of yourself and staying well matters. **Dental Plan:** So you can flash that beautiful smile! **Flash Card:** Your meal and/or food allowance on a single card!
