Document organization and information management **Description** Responsible for providing operational and administrative support to a company, handling day-to-day tasks such as telephone reception, file organization, sheet filling, and assistance in various financial, procurement, and IT routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** – Provide resources required for administrative operations, as requested; – Receive and process requests from various company departments (finance, procurement, and IT); – Assist in updating administrative, procurement, and related documents; – Operate information and communication technology resources according to company policies; – Assist in structuring and implementing company projects; – Collect, tabulate, organize, and consolidate internal and external data and information, in accordance with specified requirements; – Operate reprographic equipment — photocopying, among others; – Provide and receive information regarding products and services; – Research and collect information from various sources; – Read, interpret, and draft various types of texts; – Record, consult, and update data using available systems and technological tools; – Prepare, organize, and control various documents according to company procedures; – Receive, register, classify, distribute, and archive documents according to company procedures; – Fill out forms and/or registrations; – Prepare and verify calculation spreadsheets; – Collect signatures as instructed; – Verify established requests and deadlines; – Assist in organizing internal and external events; – Assist in management procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum Education Level: Currently enrolled in High School.
